SC CONTRIBUTION LIMITS — S.C. Code § 8-13-1314

South Carolina law sets contribution limits per election — primary, runoff, and general elections each count separately.

Individual

Per election (primary, runoff, or general)

Corporation / Business

Per election — same limit as individuals under SC law

Per election for statewide candidates

Foreign Nationals

No contributions permitted under state or federal law

PROHIBITED

Maximum per full cycle: If there is a primary, runoff, and general election, an individual may contribute up to $10,500 total ($3,500 × 3 stages) to this campaign.
